SHIPPING IN INDIA

We have FREE shipping within India on prepaid orders. Once you place an order your pairs would be shipped within 5-9 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

NO EXCHANGE & NO RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand there may be occasions you wish to exchange an item due to size issues. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. We do not accept any returns, but only exchanges. We do not refund for any items once purchased.

ELIGIBILITY POLICY

Exchange request shall be raised within 72 hours of delivery. After that, we will not be able to entertain any requests. To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including the tag. It must be in the original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have been washed or altered in any way, and all merchandise must be free of stains.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs when exchanging items. 

Only regular priced items are eligible to be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Unbothered cute is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Please ensure your return is sent with trusted courier service who will provide you with a tracking number.

Once your return is received it will be inspected according to the standards described in our Eligibility section detailed above, and we will notify you via email. We do have the right to refuse your exchange if your return does not meet any of the above requirements. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info.unbotheredcute@gmail.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
